Many people do think that gaining the weight is much easier than reducing the weight. As a matter of fact, both the gaining and the reducing of weight require equal effort and basically it all depends on your genes. For some people, weight gain can be an achievement, or it can be a cause of embarrassment, all depending on your requirements.
